Güler Ann lived in the U.S. for 25 years where she received degrees in Psychology and Sociology. She then studied Clinical Psychology and Behavior Modification. She is bilingual in English/Turkish with 25+ years' experience in therapy, education and behavior management. She has worked at Sabanci University as the Languages School psychologist for the past seven years and has been the British Embassy School, Ankara School Counsellor for six years. She has a private practice in Ankara.


Dr. Mutluhan Izmir, author of ' The Antidepressant Trap' and ' lt The Mind's Dialectic', is a specialist in Psychiatry from Ankara University and served as a visiting physician at Crownsville Psychiatric Hospital Centre in the U.S. He advocates using required medications at the lowest dosages possible for a minimum amount of time and enabling people to realize misconceptions regarding themselves and situations they find themselves in through the use of existential psychotherapy.    


Melda Fügen Şenyurt, graduated from Hacettepe University's Psychology department in 1981. She worked at various governmental agencies as an administrator and child/adolescent pyschologist. Since 2002, she has worked at a psychiatric clinic with children and teenagers, at retirement homes with the elderly, and with disabled children and their families at a Special Education facility. She is certified in administering psychological tests such as the WISC-R, WAIS, MMPI, and assessments for children.  

Berkay Arslan graduated from Ankara Universitys Linquistics Department. In 2007, he began working with Dr. Müzeyyen Çiyiltepe on speech and sound disorders. They have authored articles for national and internationally referenced journals and conferences. His areas of concentration are articulation disorders and stuttering. He is currently attending the Turgut Özal Universitys Audiology and Speech Disorders Masters Program. Berkay Arslan also works as a diction and voice trainer at an art institution.

Meryem Oğuzhan specializes in dyslexia, helping child and their families with assessment, intervention and research. She has worked as a consultant in numerous special education and rehabilitation centers and has published essays and studies regarding dyslexia and families of children with chronic illness at international scientific conferences. She studied Clinical Psychology at Ankara University, where she authored her master’s thesis on dyslexia.  

Developmental Psychologist Sevgi Özgüzel received her Master’s from Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus. She specializes in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) — an empirically supported therapy for 2-7 year old children with emotional and behavioral disorders that places emphasis on improving the quality of the parent-child relationship as well as changing interaction patterns. Özgüzel has successfully implemented this efffective method at preschools in Turkey where it is not yet widely used.

Alice Frendo is a dyslexia specialist with a BSc Hons degree in Psychology from Bristol University, teaching qualification from University of the West of England (PGCE) and a Masters in Education. She specializes in early intervention and intensive accelerated learning. She uses a phonics based multisensory approach and each program is tailored to the unique needs of the child.

A graduate from Ankara University, psychologist Burçin Belgin has worked with children at various centers, including her own, as a psychologist and director. She specializes in Filial and Non-directive Play Therapy. She administers children's comprehensive psychological and developmental evaluations in English including the WISC-IV, Nepsy II, Sensory Profile 2, Beery-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration, and Raven's Coloured Progressive Matrices.

After graduating from Middle Eastern Technical University's Psychology department in 2011, Feza Arkun worked with children and adults at various kamu kuruluşları until 2011. She then received her Masters degree and continued her work with children at private schools. She specializes in EMDR, Play Therapy, and Group Therapy.
